1. Southwest Soul Pecans

This family favorite was the first nut recipe I ever created. It combines the robust flavors of a combination of chiles indicative to southwestern cuisine with just the right amount of sweetness.

It’s a flavor explosion that’ll put the giddy-up in your Texas two-step!!

INGREDIENTS:

• Raw Pecan halves,
• Organic sugar,
• 100% pure chile powder blend,
• Cayenne pepper
• Purified water,
• Redmond Ancient Kosher Sea Salt.

2. Texas BBQ Dry Rub Nut Mix (Almonds, Cashews, Pecans)

Rich & Bold, Smoky Spice, Subtly Sweet, Authentically Texan

INGREDIENTS:

• Cashews,
• Pecans,
• Almonds,
• Organic granulated Sugar
• Organic Egg White
• Paprika,
• Southwest Soul Dust Chile Blend,
• Granulated Garlic,
• Cumin,
• Dry Mustard,
• Black Pepper,
• Cayenne Pepper,
• Redmond Ancient Kosher Sea Salt.

3. Sriracha Mama Cashews

These cashews have a bit of sweet and a lot of spice that comes from a combination of our special house-made chile blend, very pungent organic cayenne pepper and of course the ever popular sriracha sauce.

Have your favorite beverage on hand with these – they’re nearly impossible to put down!

4. Southwest Soul Coffee Rub

Rub onto your favorite meats, poultry or seafood before grilling, pan searing or roasting. Subtle Richness. Distinctively Texan!

Our Southwest Soul Coffee Rub only comes in one size, which is approximately 4 oz – ‘a little bit goes a long way!’.

If you’re not a coffee fan, no worries. Though the rub smells of coffee when you open it, you will not taste coffee on your finished product.  You can also change up the rub by adding cumin, garlic powder, etc. if you like but trust me when I say, it’s not necessary.

I only provide to the public what I serve to my own family.  If it’s not wholesome, fresh and with the best possible ingredients, I won’t serve to my family and likewise, only the best for my customers. All of our products are batched baked, without any preservatives. Our stock quantities are purposely kept low to ensure the integrity of our product. If an item shows low in stock you are welcome to place an order even if it is more than stock-on-hand. We bake when our quantities have hit a low, and your order will be sent out within 3 – 5 days after it has been placed.
