Texas Hill Country Peach Pie
This recipe was adapted from one that I received from my sweet hippie soul sister from the Texas Hill Country, Gigi.
On a recent visit, she was telling me about this recipe where the pie doesn’t overflow with liquid when you slice it AND that she doesn’t peel the peaches.

Fudge Pan Lining Tip
When baking things that need to be removed from the tray after baking I generally use parchment paper with extended handles. The parchment paper, with extended handles, really makes for easy removal and allows you to lift the finished bake from the baking sheet without burning your hands, and makes it easier for cutting etc.
To better describe what I mean I have gone the easy way and just took a couple of photos which I think are self-explanatory.

Texas Sheet Cake
I have tried a lot of Texas Sheet Cake recipes, but I find this to be hands down, the best. Instead of using regular chopped pecans, I chop up some of my Southwest Soul Pecans to sprinkle over the top. OH MY, what a Texas surprise this will be for your guests! This recipe is simple, it keeps well and feeds a crowd. I have never met a soul that didn’t love it!!
